Do You Know the Real Reason You Struggle to Achieve Your Goals?

It's not from a lack of motivation or willpower.

It could be because you are used to meeting everyone else's needs first.

Or maybe, it's because no one has told you how to maximise your chance of success.

But I will.

Will you feel proud, satisfied, and accomplished?

Using these techniques helped transform my well-being and my life. (And I want that for you too.)

I went from being so burnt out I could barely walk my dog for more than 10 minutes.

Now I am well enough to move my body as often as I can and live the flourishing life I always dreamed of.

First, you need to be really specific and concrete about your goals.

(Nothing wishy-washy about 'wanting to get healthier'. Let's get really detailed about what you really want.)

Write down where, when and how you will fulfil your goal.

For example, you might write down "I will do 10 minutes of meditation at 7 am with my first tea or coffee."

Put the note to yourself where you can see it as a visual reminder of your goal.

Making a concrete plan helps reduce the chance of procrastination or just getting busy and forgetting to put the goal into practice.

Finally, make your goal public.

In fact, why don’t you drop me an email at sophie@sophiescott.com.au by telling me your main goal for 2025?

Research from psychology Professor Gail Matthews from Dominican University, California found doing these steps means you are more than 75 % more likely to succeed in reaching your goals.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Now, I want 2025 to be your best year yet.

Remember, your daily actions are a gift to your future self.

You are worth it!

Take care, Soph x
